Reactive Calls

We understand that each hour your beverage equipment is down costs you money and is a big inconvenience to your customers and employees and will do our outmost to prioritize your call to get you back up and running.

Preventative Maintenance

We believe that proactive preventative maintenance of beverage equipment is the key to ensuring that your equipment is always working and preforming at its peak and will work with to develop a schedule for filter changes and PMs on your equipment. We’ll let you focus on running your business while we take care of your equipment.

Service Outline

Labor Rates
$100/hr Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
$150/hr Mon-Fri 5:01pm-8:59am & ALL DAY Sat-Sun
Service starts when the technician arrives on site. There is a ONE HOUR minimum charge per visit. Rate is charged in 30 minute/$50 increments.

Travel Rates
$25 flat rate for any visit within 30 miles of Craft Coffee Service HQ – Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
$50/hr if distance exceeds 30 miles – Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
$50 flat rate within 30 miles – Mon-Fri 5:01pm- 9pm & ALL DAY Sat-Sun
$80/hr if distance exceeds 30 miles – Mon-Fri 5:01pm-9pm & ALL DAY Sat-Sun
*any travel exceeding 100 miles will also have half of the travel rate per hour for the return trip.
Travel will be calculated based on the distance from Craft Coffee Service HQ.

Scheduled Preventative Maintenance & Filter Changes
We charge a flat rate for scheduled maintenance and filter changes depending on the machine type and and filter used. Get in touch and we’ll craft something together.
